Hi everyone,

I am trying to be much more disciplined with my family's monthly budget this year because the price of petrol and electricity is getting out of hand. I have started scanning all my till slips into a spreadsheet to see where our money is going, and I noticed that my total tax paid varies wildly every week.

I am trying to create a master list of VAT exempt items so I can predict my grocery costs more accurately before I even step into the store. It’s the only way I can stay on top of our spending.
